Live Daily Backup (FREE)

Every night a full live backup is created without any downtime, this includes domain data, email, databases and domain control panel configuration, everything is captured completely automatically. We store at least two weeks worth of backups that can be recalled at any time.

Failover (FREE)

Hardware from time to time fails, it is a fact of life, but at Bluehyphen we have extensive systems in place to ensure that these rare failures minimise any effect on the smooth running of our servers and therefore your clients' services.

In the rare event of service outage we ensure contact is maintained with you via appropriate methods including, email, SMS and status pages so that you have up-to-date information.

Our servers are duplicated so that in the event of a hardware failure they can simply failover to the alternate machine.
